The 122nd China import and export commodities fair new energy and pet supplies e

The application for the exhibition booth of new energy and pet supplies for the 122nd China import and export commodities fair (hereinafter referred to as Canton fair) will be launched. The new energy and pet products exhibition area of the 122nd Canton fair will conduct a comprehensive review of the application enterprises and rearrange the number of booths. The booth arrangement will be two terms in principle. The notice of the booth application is as follows:

I. exhibition time and location
a. time
New energy exhibition area: 15-19 October 2017 (phase I)
Pet supplies exhibition area: 23 October 2017-27 (phase 2)

ll.location
China import and export fair exhibition hall (no.380, guangjiang middle road, haizhu district, guangzhou city, China).
Ii. Catalogue and professional division of exhibits
(1) the catalogue of exhibits is shown in annex 1.
(2) the exhibition area of new energy and pet supplies shall be set up in the special section, which shall be:
New energy exhibition: solar pv products, solar thermal products, wind energy and other new energy products.
Pet supplies section: pet supplies, pet food.

Iii. Conditions of participation
Please refer to attachment 2 for details of the specific booth conditions. Among them, the application of the company's statistics of Canton fair will require us $750,000 (including) of customs export in 2016, or RMB 5 million (inclusive) of domestic sales in 2016.
The applicant should be allowed to use its wholly owned or controlling subsidiary to participate in the application of the booth booth for new energy and pet supplies, and provide relevant supporting documents to meet the requirements.

V. application procedures and procedures
Please visit Canton fair official website, click on the "exhibition easy access business group (http://exhibitor.cantonfair.org.cn/cn) to apply for the booth, and registration confirmation and exhibit information, print the application form online and build official seal, together with the foreign trade operator for the record registration certificate and other related materials (see attachment 3) and their international audit (international contact details see annex 4).

VI:Apply for the online application
Please fill in the information according to the prompt and guide of the exhibition. Among them:
(1) the customs export is one of the important reference standards for booth arrangement. The enterprise customs export will verify the statistics according to the customs code and the corresponding certificate provided by the enterprise. Please make sure that the customs code and send the relevant materials carefully.
(2) the exhibition area is an important reference factor for the booth arrangement. Please select the corresponding zone under the exhibition area according to the main exhibition category (over 60%).
(3) when the product is completed, at least three products shall be registered in each application area, and at least one product has been uploaded or updated recently for nearly three years.

VII. Once the booth number of new energy and pet supplies exhibition area is announced, the corresponding fee will be charged according to the method of attachment 5.

 IX . Precautions
(I) please update the information of the exhibition in time. Only in the last three years "when the exhibition", can be displayed on the official website of the Canton fair, won more attention and business opportunities.
(2) of the Canton fair will be through the official website, official social media platforms, the official publication, the query system, etc., to fill in the information for the Canton fair publicity, promotion, trade matching, purchaser query, etc.
(3) the 122nd Canton fair has implemented a comprehensive green exhibition. There are only two types of green special booths and standard booths for the selected exhibition types of enterprises. Once the booth is arranged, a green special exhibition must be carried out. See annex 6 for the standard of the green special booth in Canton fair.

X.Special warning
(1) enterprise effective does not mean apply online exhibition for booth, booth arrangement results will be according to the new energy, pet products in the Canton fair exhibition booth arrangement scheme in the work, to international exhibition easy access business group eventually released booth number or belong to notice shall prevail.
(2) "fair access" is the only application channel for the Canton fair. Please contact the company's trading group if you apply for the booth. All enterprises participating in the exhibition, including paying for the participation fee and handling documents, shall be handled by the transaction group. The export exhibition of Canton fair does not entrust any unit or individual to apply for and arrange any booth. Please be vigilant and beware of being cheated.
